Hey! I’m Martina, destination wedding & lifestyle photographer based in Barcelona.

2020 was going to be my year.
My Summer was almost fully booked and so at the end of February I decided to go visit my boyfriend in Hawaii.

Well, I guess you already know the end of the story.

When I was in Hawaii, my flight back was canceled. I rebooked it. It was canceled again. And again. And again. My clients started moving their weddings to next year, and the couples and families who were going to travel to Barcelona cancelled their shoots. I was stuck in Hawaii and I couldn’t work. After making a big drama as the good Italian I am, I started thinking what I COULD do.

I could learn. And I could take pictures of myself. I bought an online course about Instagram made by aN influencer, I started studying digital marketing and building my own lifestyle profile. While doing this, I met so many incredible women who were using their personal resources to get through that awful moment too. I started building a community, and that kept me sane and inspired until I was able to come back home.
